DO I HAVE TO REGISTER TO MAKE A PURCHASE IN THE QLIFE SHOP?
Registration within our online shop is optional. You can place an order without registration, after reading and accepting the shop rules. Registration takes place by completing and accepting the registration form located on the website. The condition of registration is agreeing to the content of the regulations and providing personal data marked as obligatory.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE ORDERED PRODUCTS?
We make every effort to get your order to you as quickly as possible. The average waiting time for us to dispatch your order is a few working days, while the delivery time depends on your chosen delivery method and country. Transport by courier in Poland usually takes about 24-48 hours, to a country outside Poland it takes 2-5 days from the moment of dispatch of the package, but there are situations where this time may be longer for reasons beyond our control, which is why after sending each package we send a link to track the package at every stage of the shipment.
WHEN AND HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

Fast payment ON-LINE
Secure online payments can be made by quick transfer, thanks to the Przelewy24 system. By making a payment through the fast payment system PRZELEWY24 your order will immediately change the status to “paid” and will go to implementation.
Payment by credit card
Payment by VISA or Mastercard. Payment is instant, so your order can be processed quickly.
Traditional transfer
If you use a traditional transfer, we will prepare and dispatch your order once our system confirms receipt of payment, usually the day after you place your order.

Cash on delivery:.
By choosing cash on delivery, you will pay the courier for the ordered goods in cash or by card on delivery. When placing an order using this option, please remember to have the amount you wish to pay ready if paying in cash on the day of delivery.
PayPal payment:
In our shop there is a possibility of fast PayPal payments, so if you have such an account and such a payment method is commonly used by you, you can also use it in our shop.
HOW AND WHEN CAN I RETURN PRODUCTS?
You can return the product according to the terms and conditions of the shop. You can return the product within 30 days of receiving it, without having to give a
reason. To return the parcel, fill in the return form which you can download HERE and send it back together with the returned items. Products should not bear any signs of use and should have all factory tags and markings.
HOW AND WHEN CAN I MAKE A COMPLAINT?
We take great care to ensure that our products meet our customers’ expectations. If you receive a product that is damaged or not working properly, you can claim it within 2 years from the date of purchase. If we have the same product in stock, we will send it to you after a successful complaint, if it is no longer in our stock we will refund your money.
Pack the returned products securely so that they are not damaged in transit and send them to the following address: Double One Sp. z o.o.(Q life shop), 10 Prusa St. lok. 9, 05-800 Pruszków.
The money for the order and the payment for sending the parcel will be returned to you by the same method of payment we used to receive the payment.

HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Once you have placed your order correctly, you will receive an email confirmation of your purchase.
Each time the status changes we will inform you about the next stage of processing.
In addition, you can view the current status of your transaction among your current purchases in the “Orders and available funds” section under “Your account”.
CAN I PAY BY CARD ON DELIVERY?
As a general rule, you can pay cash on delivery with the amount deducted. Couriers are not obliged to have change. Most delivery companies increasingly carry a mobile payment card terminal with them. Detailed information on delivery times and payment options is sent by our logistics partners in separate emails and via SMS.
