Elements to remember:
– The product must have tags / markings of non-use, foil if it was, security, i.e. it must be in the condition in which it was delivered to you,
– A completed protocol must be submitted with the return, which can be downloaded HERE and confirmation of purchase, unless it was an invoice, then it is enough to enter its number on the protocol,
– The product must be securely packed,
– A refund should be issued within a maximum of 30 days.
ATTENTION!
We kindly request that:
1.the parcel is well prepared, glass or vulnerable items well protected.
2.It is important that the products are intact and unused (as you received them). If the products inside do not show signs of use, the refund will be withheld and the parcel, although delivered to us, will not be eligible for a 100% refund.
As for the parcel, you do it on your own, in any way you want, i.e. at the Post Office, the courier post. However, if you want to use our courier on preferential terms, it is possible. Below you will find an option to purchase a return, just select it, complete the data, pay by selecting the available option, and then within a maximum of 24 hours you will receive a label that should be attached to the package.
The shipment prepared in this way can be sent at the point or inform us when ordering a return that the courier is to come directly to you for the return.

13th It is possible to order a paid courier (at the User’s expense) to collect
