We send the products by the recommended DHL or DPD courier.
We do our best to make sure your order reaches you as soon as possible. Transport by courier in Poland usually takes about 24-48 hours, to a country outside Poland it takes 2-5 days from the moment of dispatch of the package, but there are situations where this time may be longer for reasons beyond our control.
We make every effort to ensure that your parcel reaches you intact, but for reasons beyond our control, fragile products may become damaged or broken. We kindly ask you to check the condition of the parcel in the courier’s presence in order to write a claim protocol if the parcel has been damaged.
